On Thursday, April 17, 2025, the Centre of Excellence for Training and Development at Kurdistan Technical Institute organized a training session for the New Step organization, with the participation of 25 individuals—all of whom are members of the organization. The content of the training focused on communication effectiveness and the establishment of fundamental, constructive interpersonal relationships. Notably, the session was conducted by Mr. Brwa Zahid Mohammed.

At the conclusion of the training, all participants were awarded certificates of completion in recognition of their active participation.
