Leading Well is a practical professional
development course designed to strengthen leadership, communication, mentoring,
facilitation, self-awareness, and supportive decision-making skills in the
workplace.
Through four interactive workshops, participants
learn how to motivate and mentor others, remain present and effective under
pressure, facilitate diverse groups across cultures, and support others in
making effective decisions.
The course focuses on practical learning rather
than theory alone, allowing participants to apply their learning to real
workplace situations and develop a personal Action Plan for continued
professional growth.
This course is designed to develop leadership
skills and people-centered workplace capabilities. By completing the course,
participants will develop a range of modern and essential skills that are
important for success in the workplace, including active listening, effective
questioning, staying calm under pressure, leading others, cultural awareness,
and supporting decision-making.
The course is based on active learning and
practical application, rather than lectures and theory alone. Participants will
apply these skills throughout the course to real workplace situations and
challenges from their own professional environments.
This course is particularly suitable for
professionals working in:
One) Universities and institutes
Two) non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
